250grs. de farinha<br />
1 ovo<br />
50ml. de azeite<br />

200grs. de jardineira de legumes cozidos<br />
100grs. de tomate-cereja<br />
100grs. de queijo mozarela ralado<br />
3 ovos batidos<br />
2dl. natas<br />
Sal e pimenta<br />
Noz-moscada<br />

Massa:<br />
envolva a farinha com o azeite e o ovo. Junte uma pitada de sal e amasse muito bem, acrescentando água aos poucos, até ficar maleável e bem ligada. Tenda a massa e forre uma tarteira com 25 cm. de diâmetro, com o fundo amovível. <br />
Recheio:<br />
remova a pele à alheira e coloque-a em pedaços na tarteira. Adicione os legumes e o tomate-cereja e polvilhe com o queijo. Numa tigela, misture os ovos com as natas. Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada e verta sobre os legumes. Leve ao forno, a 190ºC, por 30 minutos. Desenforme e sirva.<br />

Ingredientes para o bolo:<br />

400gr. de farinha<br />
2 c. de sopa de fermento em pó<br />
1/4 c. de sobremesa de bicarbonato de sódio<br />
Sal q.b.<br />
2 chávenas de açúcar fino<br />
230gr. de manteiga<br />
1 limão (raspa e sumo)<br />
3/4 chávena de leite<br />
4 ovos<br />
125gr. de iogurte grego<br />
manteiga e farinha para untar e polvilhar<br />

Coloque a farinha numa tigela. Junte o fermento, o bicarbonato de sódio e uma pitada de sal. Noutra tigela misture o açúcar com a manteiga amolecida e a raspa de limão.<br />

Num copo misture o leite com o sumo de limão e deixe repousar durante 5 minutos.<br />
<br />
Acrescente os ovos à mistura de manteiga e envolva bem. Adicione aos poucos a mistura da farinha e volte a envolver. Por fim junte o iogurte e a mistura do leite com limão.<br />
<br />
Para a cobertura, bata a manteiga amolecida, junte o queijo creme e depois o açúcar até obter uma mistura fofa e suave. Leve ao frio até usar no bolo.<br />
<br />
Unte uma forma com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha. Verta o preparado de manteiga e farinha na forma e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 190ºC por aproximadamente 40 minutos. <br />
<br />
Divida o bolo em dois, barre um dos lados com cobertura e coloque a outra parte por cima. Cubra todo o bolo com a cobertura e decore com fatias de limão e amoras.<br />

1 colher de chá de fermento em pó<br />

Unte uma forma redonda com manteiga e polvilhe de farinha. Descasque os figos e reduza-os a puré. Bata a manteiga com o açúcar até obter um creme.<br />
<br />
Adicione a farinha, o fermento, os ovos e a canela, bata tudo muito bem. Junte o puré de figo a cachaça e o leite. Mexa novamente, até obter uma massa homogénea.<br />
<br />
Ligue o forno a 180ºC. Verta o preparado na forma e leve a meio do forno, durante 40 minutos. Desenforme e sirva o bolo polvilhado com açúcar em pó e canela.<br />

Numa tigela, bata os ovos com o açúcar, até obter um creme fofo e esbranquiçado. Junte o óleo em fio. batendo sempre e, depois, adicione a curguete ralada. À parte, peneire a farinha, com o sal, o bicarbonato de sódio, o fermento e a canela. Adicione a raspa de limão e envolva tudo no preparado inicial.<br />
